Wholesale Order Guide
Everything you need to know to place your wholesale order online.
This guide is for customers who already have an approved wholesale account.
Once your wholesale account has been approved and activated, you can place orders online anytime by logging in to your account.
Before You Start
Please make sure you are logged in to your approved wholesale account before ordering.
How to Place Your Order
1. Log in to your account
Log in to your wholesale account and click Shop Wholesale to start your order.
2. Browse the catalog
Browse through our wholesale catalog and add the items you want to your cart.
Some products include tiered wholesale pricing, which means the price may change based on how many of that specific product you order.
Tier pricing is based on the quantity of each individual product, not the combined total of all products in your cart.
3. Review your cart
When you are done shopping, click the bag icon to view your cart.
Review your items, quantities, and selections to make sure everything is correct before moving on.
4. Choose pickup or delivery
After reviewing your cart, scroll down and choose whether your order will be pickup or delivery.
If you choose pickup:
- Select your pickup date
- Select your pickup time
- Click Check out
If you choose delivery:
- Enter your zip code to confirm delivery availability
- Click Check
- Select your delivery date
- Select your delivery time
- Click Check out
5. Complete checkout
At checkout, confirm whether your order is for pickup or delivery.
For pickup:
- Review your payment terms
- Review your billing address
For delivery:
- Enter your phone number
- Review your payment terms
- Review your billing address
When everything looks correct, click Complete order.
6. Order complete
After your order is submitted, a thank you page will appear to confirm your order has been placed successfully.
Your order is now complete.
You can also continue shopping or view your order history from your account at any time.
