Ordering
Who can place wholesale orders?
Wholesale orders are available for approved wholesale customers. If you do not have an account yet, please complete our Apply for Account form.
Why can’t I see prices?
Wholesale pricing is only visible after you log in with an approved wholesale account.
How do I log in?
Click Log in and enter the email address connected to your wholesale account. You will receive a secure login code by email.
Do I need to order by the case?
Some products may have minimum order quantities, case pack requirements, or quantity increments. Please check the product page before checkout.
How does tier pricing work?
Tier pricing is based on the quantity of each product, not your total cart.

Do the products need refrigeration?

Pickup, Delivery, and Lead Time
Can I choose pickup or delivery?
Yes. Available pickup or delivery options will appear during checkout.
When will my order be ready?
Available dates will be shown during checkout. Please choose your preferred pickup or delivery date before placing your order.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup details will be provided after your order is placed or confirmed. For questions, please contact us before submitting your order.
Can I request a specific pickup or delivery time?
You may include special notes during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but availability is not guaranteed.
Payments and Terms
What payment options are available?
Available payment options will appear at checkout. Some approved wholesale customers may have terms such as COD, Net 15, or Net 30.
When is payment due?
Payment terms depend on your approved account setup and selected checkout method.
Can I place an order and pay later?
Only approved wholesale customers with approved payment terms may place orders under those terms.
